An Overview of Evaluation Methods for Collaborative Systems

What is the state-of-the-art of the research on evaluation methods available for collaborative systems? Based on a Systematic Literature Review, this paper takes an initial step to answer that question and presents an overview of what has been published in the subject in the last 12 years.
