IEC standardization of Immunity to High Altitude Nuclear Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP)

The IEC, the International Electrotechnical Commission, the authority for world standards in electrical and electronics engineering, is elaborating standardization of "Immunity to High Altitude Nuclear Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP)". This paper gives information concerning the IEC, the organization of the HEMP standard, the progress of work, and some highlights of the present results.
