Technology for construction of knowledge portals: Experience of application, problems and prospect

The paper concerns the experience of application of technology for construction of knowledge portals providing the systematization and integration of scientific knowledge and information resources, as well as the content-based access to them. The main feature of this technology is usage of ontology-based approach for these purposes.
