Research on the development of intellectual property economic under the new economic growth

The 21st century is marked with a new trend towards new technological innovation, cross-cultural communication, globalization of economy, economization of knowledge and internationalized economic and commercial rules, which presents new challenges to the economic and social development of China and her enterprises' participation in the domestic and foreign markets. Intellectual property economy has become a new economic growth point and penetrated into the economic and social fields relating to the development of a country or regions' economy and its international competitiveness and promoting the progress of the whole society. The research is based on the new economic growth theory, adopting the methods of macroeconomics and mathematical economics, to do the research of the inner relation between the strength of intellectual property protection and the economic growth. It has pointed out the contribution of the intellectual property protection to the economic growth in China. On the base of the research, it has put forward the suggestions and measures to better the intellectual property economic of China.
