A matter of degrees

What do you want to do during your career? If you're thinking about applying to a graduate program, you should know the answer to this question first-or at least have a good sense of your preferred direction. Engineers and engineering students who are considering pursuit of a graduate degree often consider the obvious options: A master of science in engineering (M.S.), a master of business administration (M.B.A.), or a master of engineering and management (M.E.M.). None is inherently better than the others, but each provides a skill set tailored to prepare you for a particular career path.
