Application of Similarity Coefficients to Predict Disease Using Volatile Organic Compounds

Measures of similarity are used to provide evidence in support of the conjecture that the presence and absence profile of a subset of volatile organic compounds found in urine differ between healthy (non-prostate cancer) male donors and prostate cancer donors.
