Novel Twin Poly-Si Thin-Film Transistors EEPROM With Trigate Nanowire Structure

This letter demonstrates a novel twin poly-Si thin-film transistor (TFT) electrical erasable PROM (EEPROM) that utilizes trigate nanowires (NWs).
