Sub-clock extraction of optical signals at high rates using an opto-electronic phase-locked loop based on three-wave mixing in periodically-poled lithium niobate

Sub-clock extraction and clock synchronization of signals, at rates of 30 GHz and 10 Gbps, by an opto-electronic phase-locked loop based on three-wave mixing in periodically-poled lithium niobate, are demonstrated.
