Feasibility Study on the Design and Radiation Testing of Complex Functions for 2 × 108 Rads (Si)

This paper describes the design and testing of digital and analog complex functions to meet the NRC reactor-containment specification of 2 × 108 Rads (Si). The circuits described are for an underwater, radiation-tolerant television camera.
