The Characterization of Load-Dependent Devices

Automatic Testing and Networking (ATN) is a young company which offers solutions, both hardware and software, for the automatic characterization of microwave devices. Characterization, in this context, consists of performing sets of measurements which enable certain parameters to be derived which in turn allow performance to be predicted for different loading conditions. Examples are Noise and Available Gain parameters, Scattering parameters valid for high forward drive power, and Load Pull contours.
