Time-of-use Rates for Very Large Customers on the Pacific Gas and Electric Company System

Time-of-use electric rates for the Pacific Gas and Electric Company's largest customers are examined. The effect of these rates on individual customer operations is discussed, and an estimate is made of their effect on the rate class load pattern. Limitations on the general use of these results are noted.
