An ASIC mixed-mode analog front end

An ASIC communications analog front end chip is described. The design tasks included converting the CS4215's two synchronous audio channels into asynchronous audio and communication channels, and adding a parallel port, a FIFO, a new timing generator, and a low-speed monitor A/D converter.<
