Passive tracking of underwater maneuvering targets

The problem of passively tracking underwater maneuvering targets using time differentials of received sound waves is explored. The paper next develops a two-dimenslonal, adaptive tracking algorithm that gives an unbiased range estimate as a target makes random step changes in radial velocity.
