Errata: Thermal-pulse tomography of polarization distributions in a cylindrical geometry

As originally published [ibid., Vol. 13, pp. 1030-1035, 2006] this paper had some symbols missing in the captions for fig 3, fig. 4, fig 5, and fig 7, which are described in this erratum.
