Visual communication system in closed areas using an extended ISDN protocol

This paper describes a visual communication system for enclosed areas such as multi-dwellings and/or office buildings where fiber optics are wired. The system has an ISDN primary rate interface and provides unrestricted sound and video services at no charge. This paper presents the improvements upon our previous system, system configuration, service functions and transmission control methods.<
