Comments on "Full wave approach for the analysis of open planar waveguides with finite width dielectric layers and ground planes"[with reply]

The paper in question [see ibid., vol. 42, p. 142-9, 1994] is claimed to be only a different formulation of the well-known Method of Lines procedure with nonequidistant discretization. This is refuted by the original authors in their reply.<
