Processing of dynamic radar cross section measurements

A procedure is described and justified briefly. Requirements for the processing are discussed and a strategy for reducing the raw data to meaningful parameters is proposed. As an example, the processed results of measurement of a Cessna aircraft at K/sub a/ band are presented.<
