Acceptable input sequences for singular 2-D linear systems

Necessary and sufficient conditions for the acceptance of all input sequences on the given rectangle for singular 2-D linear systems are established. A procedure based on elementary row operations for finding the set of acceptable input sequences is given and illustrated by numerical example.<
