Analytical derivation of fatigue damage criterion for ACSR conductors

Based on dynamic strain, we derive analytically the fatigue damage criterion of ACSR conductors subject to aeolian vibration. This supports the laboratory and field findings of Rawlins that the damage criterion is independent of size and type of ACSR conductors and of tension.
