Aims and Scope

IEE Proceedings Circuits, Devices & Systems is a respected international journal covering all aspects of circuit theory, design, and implementation. Topics include nanoelectronics and MEMs, all aspects of VLSI technologies, and device and process characterisation. All papers are peer-reviewed. Additionally, Special Issues dedicated to work in areas of current interest are published.
