IEEE Photonics Technology Letters (PTL) offers rapid, archival publication of original research relevant to photonics technology. PTL papers are now posted online immediately after proofs are received, providing extremely rapid publication. PTL is published in complete issues online in color twice a month and in hardcopy form in mostly black and white once every two months.
