GMTI performance of /spl Sigma//spl Delta/-STAP for a forward-looking radar

The GMTI performance of /spl Sigma//spl Delta/-STAP for a forward looking phased array radar is analyzed using the simulation tool RLSTAP. /spl Sigma//spl Delta/-STAP processes the returns from sum and difference antenna channels. When used in conjunction with partially adaptive STAP methods /spl Sigma//spl Delta/-STAP is shown to achieve good GMTI performance.
