The Research Methodology of Dependence Mode at Parameters Dispersion of a Differential Pair on Integral JFETs in a Radiation-Hardened Structured Array MH2XA010

We suggest a method to define dispersion for transfer voltage-ampere characteristics (VAC) of JFET differential pairs, which is tested within circuit simulation and measurements of p-JFET parameters, manufactured in JSC "Integral" (Belarus Republic). We define recommendations, how to select operational mode for operational amplifier (OA) input stages JFET differential pair based on the measurements made. Based on experimental studies, we have define recommendations, how to select operational mode for analog sensor interfaces input stages JFET differential pair, including operational amplifiers (OAs).
