Research on Multi-Dimensional Electricity Characteristic Evaluation Indicator System for Resident Users

The analysis and mining of electricity consumption characteristics of residentials provide more accurate theoretical support and scientific basis for the interaction between users and power grid. This paper refines the load composition of residents, the main influencing factors of electricity consumption and the load characteristics of residents. The electricity consumption characteristics of residents is analyzed from five dimensions: electric energy consumption, load curve characteristic, load composition, behavior awareness and user attribute. 11 indicators including energy consumption level, energy efficiency level, daily load shape, calendar attribute, air conditioning load, electrothermal load, policy sensitivity, electricity bill sensitivity, social awareness, family attribute and new energy attribute were proposed. Therefore, a novel multi-dimensional Indicator system of electricity consumption characteristics of residents is established. Taking 477 residents in Changzhou of Jiangsu Province, China, as an example, the multi-dimensional electricity characteristics analysis and user classification are carried out. The results of user classification in case verify the validity and correctness of the evaluation Indicator system.
