How to recognize the innocent vibratory murmur

The heart sounds of 807 children were recorded with a computer and an electronic stethoscope. The goal was an attempt to distinguish the innocent vibratory murmur from other systolic murmurs. In all 310 cases diagnosed with vibratory murmur the spectrogram showed a well defined area at 150 Hz range different from other systolic murmurs.
