Efficient Silicon-on-Insulator Taper using Fast Quasiadiabatic Dynamics

We propose a 3.2-μm-long taper with width varying from 0.5 μm to 2 μm and a 64-μm-long taper with width varying from 0.5 μm to 12 μm, achieving transmissions of 99.7% and 99.6%, respectively.
