The L-band land mobile (LLM) payload: key technologies and test results

The LLM payload is a high performance L-band multibeam Payload offering a land mobile communication service over Europe. The scope of this paper is to report on the LLM payload design and performances, focusing on the key technologies and on some preliminary results obtained during the test campaign.
