Applying Lie series in the singular optimal controls

We study in this paper the singular optimal control problems. We derive the basic formulation and obtain a sufficient and necessary condition for singular optimal controls. Meanwhile, we approximate the solution by Lie series and present a computational method to deal with the optimization.
