Research on IETM-based Equipment Electronic Training

The more modernized the weaponry, the higher training and support requirements for personnel. Reducing training expenses, shortening training time, and improving training quality are important issues faced by our army's equipment training. Based on traditional physical training and classroom teaching, introducing Interactive Electronic Training (IETM) technology is of great significance for improving training quality and shortening training time. IETM has significant advantages in data management, information organization, knowledge expression, and strong interactivity, and has been applied and promoted in our military equipment. Based on the analysis of equipment interactive training requirements, this paper proposes an IETM-based electronic training scheme. The scheme reuses the data module information of existing IETM, arranges them according to the training organization model, publishes interactive electronic training courseware that conforms to the SCORM/S6000T standard, and conducts electronic training for simulation in the electronic training system.
