Precise current comparator for the calibration of high voltage standard transformers

The development of a precise low-frequency current comparator and a fused silica tube capacitor standard for the calibration of high-voltage standard transformers is described. A comparison with a high-voltage standard transformer of the PTB was carried out using these devices; measurement results obtained are presented.
