Signal processing support for interpretation of circular dichroic data in the study of protein

The problem addressed in this paper is related to numerical correction of spectrometric data aimed at enhancing its measurement quality. A digital signal processing method is proposed to enhance the interpretation of circular dichroic data in the study of proteins. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated using real-world data acquired in a biophysical laboratory.
