High-throughput 3D Tracking of Sperm Locomotion Reveals Head Spin and Flagellar Beating Patterns

Dual-view on-chip holographic imaging enabled high-throughput tracking of the complete 3D locomotion of bovine sperms, including the translational and rotational (i.e., spin) motion of the sperm head and the 3D beating of the flagellum.
