Application of hybrid millimetre wave technology for green wireless communications

The use of hybrid technologies in the millimeter wave range is suggested while implementing the concepts of green wireless communications: optoelectronic methods for signal formation and antenna directivities, hybrid network topologies. As is shown, in order to increase the energy efficiency index of millimeter wave networks, a new approach to modeling the loss and energy budget of wireless communications is needed. The new approach should be based on the analysis of noise and fundamental physical patterns of propagation and emission of millimeter waves.
