Research on model optimization based on 3DS max modeling

Aiming at the problems of repeated modeling and excessive memory in traditional 3D modeling programs. Based on 3DS MAX model optimization strategy is proposed. First, we simplified the modeling process of 3D model, and then construct the data preprocessing optimization model. Then the three-dimensional modeling model is optimized from the five technologies of LOD technology, blanking technology, instantiation technology, texture mapping technology and stereo effect optimization technology. To achieve the purpose of memory optimization without affecting the visual effects. Finally, taking Hainan Li ethnic cultural heritage exhibition hall model as an example to validate the proposed model optimization method.
