Design and fabrication of tidal energy harvester

About 71% of the earth surface is water covered and 96.5% of it is oceans, by capturing just 0.1% of the total oceans kinetic energy we could satisfy the current global energy demand by 5 times over, this was our inspiration to work on a project that can harvest energy from the tides produced by the waves. The goal was to develop a system that can be used for mass production in an industrial scale and to capture maximum energy from wherever it's deployed. So the fabrication was done in a concurrent manner to reach the goals, the first requirement to this project was to understand the forces that affect a floating object in the ocean and this was done by making a gyro module. After this the tidal energy harvester was designed with linear power generator which is actuated by weight transfer mechanism that can produce constant outputs. So the harvester was fabricated which produces electrical energy using its floatability and the mechanism to produce constant outputs from the waves. The linear power generator was fabricated and harnessed the impulse energy produced by the generator and finally, it is stored in a battery, thus converting the tidal energy to electrical energy.
