Power load changes dynamically in power system, since named as dynamic system. At any load condition stability of system should be maintained. For this intendment, an affixed signal imitative from alteration of excitation system, deviation in speed or deviation in accelerating power, to procure affixed signals device named power system stabilizer used. Present-day requirement of PSS mandatory for vast power system. Conventional PSS operating with huge gain it have specific operating limits, which gives insolvent act for dynamic system. There has need to design stabilizer for dynamic system. In this designing of PSS used Fuzzy Logic.
