Research and design of voltage source with arbitrary waveform and multiple output

Simulate and output signal by Power system real time digital simulation system, through the power source to amplify the signals of voltage and current, generate two times voltage and current signal of simulated grid scenario, inject the relay protection equipment to be tested. Current common power source can only output a single sinusoidal signal. In order to meet the requirements of the performance verification of this kind of equipment, a voltage source with multiple outputs and arbitrary waveforms is designed. The system is divided into two parts, boost and full-bridge inverter. A current controlled chip UC3843 to stabilize the output voltage is used in the boost and the frequency multiplication SPWM modulation and effective PI regulation are adopted in full-bridge inverter to ensure low output distortion rate and fast dynamic response capability. Each output LC low-pass filter is designed, so that the effective information of reference signal falls in the frequency band. Simulation experiments are carried out by using Matlab/Simulink, the results show that the quality of the output waveform is good and the dynamic response speed is fast. The design and analysis is correct and the performance of the system reaches the design goals.
