Implementation of node.js server on Raspberry pi to control a remote vehicle for defense use

The novel approach to implement server based on node.js, on Raspberry pi to control a robot vehicle for defense purpose. The use of this server technology helps to improve the efficiency of available processing power to do multiple tasks. This, coupled with socket.io can implement near real time communication between user and the robot. Therefore, the use of this technology helps us to reduce the investment and efforts for designing the custom-built version of processor, as same results can be achieved on available hardware in market at low costs. The robot's striking feature being the 1-degree precision, gun aim control in x-y plane demonstrated using low power LASER. Even the vehicle also has image processing capability demonstrated on a smaller scale. The vehicle also has a dedicated website for handling its movement. This further reduces the cost as it helps to schedule work on less powerful processor.
