Temperature dependence of the reversal mechanism in spin-valve films

Spin-valve(SV) structures are the object of numerous studies in order to improve their behavior during real operating condition. More particularly, one of the main limitations in operating SV devices is the thermal stability. The exchange bias field is also affected when the temperature approaches the blocking temperature.
