The structure at the interface of Ni/Pd bilayer films with different deposition sequences estimated from molecular dynamics simulation

For Ned superlattices, it was found that the value of the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA) of the fcc (100) film is larger than that of fcc (111) film [I]. We have reported [Z-31 the strain at interface of Ni/Pd superlattices for two different crystal orientations: fcc (111) and fcc (100), by employing the molecular dynamics (MD) method.
