Exploration of novel gap material: electric and magnetic properties of NiFe/NiO/NiFe

In this work, the electric properties of thin NiO films, including I-V characteristics and their variations with temperature were investigated. To be used for pinning structure, the exchange field of NiO/NiFe was studied. The annealing effect on the electric and magnetic properties of NiFe/NiO/NiFe multilayers was discussed.
