Adaptive wavelet diagnostic neuro-fuzzy network for biomedical tasks

In this article, a new adaptive wavelet diagnostic neuro-fuzzy network (AWDNFN) based on additive generalized neuro-models and the adaptive W-neuron is proposed. The learning algorithm of proposed AWDNFN is based on quadratic criterion. A large class of biomedical data processing tasks (in the data stream form) can be solved using this system. The AWDNFN has advantages in comparison with the existed methods, among them high-speed information processing in online mode. The experiments based on benchmark and real data are performed. The obtained results of experiments justify the advantages of proposed AWDNFN.
