Automatic system for characterization of high-frequency printed circuit board materials

The basic principles of the design of the automatic system for characterization of dielectric materials are presented in this work. The dielectric characterization methods and measurement setup as well as the functional principles of the specialized software are described as the stages of the automatic system development.
