Digital electro-optic SR NAND latch

This paper demonstrates the novel design of a digital electro-optic SR NAND latch based on the photonic microring resonator. This work provides the working principle of the designed SR NAND latch, proceeds with the demonstration and analysis of the operation with the operating speed of 5 Gbps. The performance of the proposed SR NAND latch is verified by clear output timing diagrams as well as eye diagrams.
