Analysis and fabrication of polymer reinforced fly-ash composites engine

The main objective of this project is to understand the mechanical and physical investigation of polymer composite based on fly ash (Cenosphere). In current research work to increase the performance of the composites, particulate fillers named Cenosphere are added to the polymer. The process starts with characterization and study of fabrication, testing of material to determine the behavior of Cenosphere filled glass-epoxy composites and its parameters. It is observed that by performing the material with different samples and ratios to evaluate the influence of different ratio reveals increase in young's modulus that exhibits good tensile and compressive strength. The Cenosphere with the material are analyzed structurally to investigate the reinforcement effectiveness and structural performance.
