Analysis of ventricular tachycardia by predicting the qti instability using armax modelling technique

Premature activation (PA) is the rationale for instability in QT interval (QTI) dynamics causing prolonged action potential which could initiate arrhythmia. The unstable action potential dynamics (APD) leads to ventricular tachycardia (VT) and ventricular fibrillation (VF). ECG data are analysed for both Healthy subject and ventricular tachycardia (VT) patients. QTI stability is estimated from ventricular repolarisation variability by using Autoregressive Exogenous (ARX) and Autoregressive Moving Average Exogenous (ARMAX) model in ECG recording.
