Dynamic model research and testing system design of the intermittent transfer device on high-speed synchronous belt

The research results of the original synchronous belt drive can not provide sufficient theoretical support for the application of the intermittent transmission mechanism of highspeed synchronous belt, and the detection technology is backward at the present stage. So it is necessary to establish a dynamic detection system in different situations. This paper established the dynamic model, which was analyzed with dynamic simulation by Recurdyn software. At the same time, using advanced sensor technology, wireless data transmission and visual inspection technology by Labview, testing program for the key parameters of the transmission device was written.
