A Sensor Cleaning System Integrated with Rotary Washing and Ultrasonic Cleaning

A cleaning device for water sensors was developed in this study. The whole device focuses on two ways: water rotary erosion and ultrasonic cleaning. The upper computer software and lower computer software are developed. The system parameters are set on the touch screen and the upper computer software is used with this human-machine interface. The experiments results showed that this cleaning device has a best effect. The service life of the sensor is obviously prolonged. The cost of production is indirectly saved.
