Reaserch and applications based on full automation measurement service management platform testing mode

Measurement technology institutes accept a lot of different kinds of equipments related to different research departments. During the process from customers hand in the application to the end of equipments testing, there could be several problems occur, such as record the key data repeatedly, the disconnection between business managements and equipments testing information process and the influence of error made by person. This paper proposes a method of how to improve the Measurement Service Management Platform from standalone version to full automatic version by adopting the COM (Component Object Model) modularization technology. This method could realize the full automation testing from censorship to occupational certificate and data sharing, exchanging.
