A survey for tracking and monitoring the alzheimer patient

This paper presents about the common problems and the technologies used for tracking the alzheimer patient. Nowadays most of the people face in their elderly age is alzheimer, which is the reason for brain cell decay, thereby causing memory loss, poor in calculation and recent event happened etc. Alzheimer disease is one of the forms of dementia. AD is alarmingly increasing disease on a whole. The ultimate phase of memory loss is alzheimer's disease, which would result in the erase of the person's memory. Taking precaution of the people with alzheimer becomes very difficult and challenging for their family. This disease often leads to wandering which is a stern concern for many families who worry that the patient may be lost or would walk away in treacherous circumstances.
